Pennsylvania Flooding

A northeastern Pennsylvania resort is cleaning up after major flooding that occured overnight.
Flash floods rushed through the Pocono region’s Woodloch Pines Resort Thursday evening, where more than 1,000 people were staying at the hotel.
Resort officials say flood waters flowed through the first floor and basement of the resort, destroying about 20 guest rooms, and inundating one of the swimming pools. Guests had been moved to other rooms in advance of the rising water, which reached depths of six feet in parts of the hotel. Nobody was hurt, the resort is still open as it cleans up, and so far, no estimate of damage has been added up.
